STORAGE FACILITIES LEASING PROCEDURES
*CLIENT is required to submit an updated corporate profile, valid business license, and a product specification sheet, along with complete supplier/refinery/exporter details, or a refinery commitment letter.
*Casablanca Tankers AB will send over a lease agreement and applicable invoice, which shows a commitment to pay within a stipulated time.
*CLIENT sign and return the lease agreement and invoice, thereby confirming their commitment to the transaction.
*Then CLIENT make the payment promptly, as per the terms outlined in the signed commercial invoice.
*Upon completion of the payment, CLIENT should provide Casablanca Tankers AB with an official bank transfer slip or receipt as confirmation.
*Once the payment is received by Casablanca Tankers AB, a Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) will be issued within 36 business hours. This will follow the Notice of Readiness (NOR) from the seller/refinery and the finalized injection schedule.
*Casablanca Tankers AB will coordinate with the client's supplier/refinery/exporter to establish the injection schedule.
*Upon Completion of the reception of the Petroleum Product (FIRST SPLASH) from the pipeline into the Tanks, the Number of Days LESSEE Company paid for start counting as days use for the storage of the Petroleum product.
*The LESSEE is responsible for providing an inspection team to conduct a Dip Test Inspection to confirm the quality and quantity of the petroleum product stored. The product can be lifted at any time within the paid storage period.
